These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform DaVinci AI (“Platform”, “Service”), operated by Worldtrader24 – Global Car Network (A. Scholz).

3. User Accounts

 

 

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

  • Each account is personal and non-transferable.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • DaVinci AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, breach of these terms, or legal violations.

 

 

 

 

4. Pricing, Payments, and Subscriptions

 

 

  • Prices are displayed on the platform and may change at any time.

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Prepaid credits are non-refundable unless required by mandatory law.

 

 

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

 

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

 

 

For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun, provided the user has expressly consented to the immediate execution and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

 

 

 

6. Acceptable Use

 

 

Users agree not to:

 

  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or disrupt the platform

  • All platform content, software, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Generated AI outputs may be used by the user, unless otherwise restricted by law or license.

8. Availability and Maintenance

 

 

DaVinci AI strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily limit access without liability.

 

 

 

9. Liability

 

 

  • DaVinci AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • No liability is assumed for AI-generated outputs being accurate, complete, or fit for a specific purpose.

  • Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as permitted by law.

 

 

 

 

10. Third-Party Services

 

 

The platform may integrate third-party tools or APIs.

DaVinci AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services.

 

 

 

11. Data Protection

 

 

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process any data used on the platform.

 

 

 

12. Suspension and Termination

 

 

DaVinci AI may suspend or terminate access:

  • For legal or regulatory reasons

  • To protect the platform or other users

 

 

Unused credits may expire upon termination unless otherwise required by law.

DaVinci AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Munich, Germany.

 

 

 

15. Severability Clause

 

 

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
